For the 2022 season, Albena AG is looking for a responsible professional for the position of Chef.

Main duties and responsibilities:

-Organizes and monitors the overall process of work in the kitchen;

-Distributes daily the specific tasks of his subordinate staff in the kitchen;

-Responsible for the hygienic condition in the kitchen, required by the standards of the company and the regulations of HACCP;

-Responsible for the quality and quantity of the issued kitchen and confectionery products and its presentation;

-Responsible for the efficient use of raw materials and their economical consumption without violating the technology of food preparation;

-Solidarity with the butler bears property responsibility for protection and proper storage of inventory / food products, etc. goods. in the object;

-Responsible for absences and damages caused by his subordinates;

-Monitors and is responsible for the quality of products;

-Performs other activities necessary in connection with the work.

Basic requirements for the position:

- Higher or semi-higher education with a specialty in the field of tourism;

- Minimum 5 years internship in the specialty;

- Knowledge of English, German or French;

- Good computer literacy (Word, Excel, Internet);

- Ability to work with specific software programs for stock availability;

- Ability to train, motivate, evaluate and set priorities;

- Excellent organizational and communication skills;

- Loyalty and diplomacy.
