A joint online job fair is being organized by the Municipality of Kavarna and Ovidius University in Constanta, Romania, the seaside city administration said. It is implemented by the project "Improving the conditions for youth employment in tourism", funded by the INTERREG V - A Romania-Bulgaria program.

The mayor of Kavarna Elena Baltadjieva invites young people looking for work to participate in the exchange; employers (individuals and / or legal entities); representatives of companies from the tourism sector.

The main goal of the event is to support the employment of young people in the field of tourism, as well as to facilitate the information and selection of candidates for vacancies for the upcoming active tourist season. Employers can present their activities and prospects for development, to announce vacancies and more.
