ADMINISTRATOR OF FIVE-STAR HOTEL

For the season 2022, Albena AD is looking for a responsible professional for the position ADMINISTRATOR HOTEL 5 *.

Main duties and responsibilities:

- Welcomes, accommodates and serves hotel guests;

-Processes payments, is responsible for the cash availability at the reception;

-Daily keeping records in the hotel software program;

-Adequate reaction in case of a problem or complaint from the guest;

-Providing the necessary information and teamwork with other departments in the hotel;

-Informs guests about the services offered by the hotel, prices, opportunities for entertainment and meals, actively offers and sells the company's product (additional services, etc.);

- Performs night check-out shift - prepares night reports, sums for deposit in the company's cash register, ends the day and changes the date;

-Complies with company standards for work.

Basic requirements for the position:

- Proficiency in GERMAN;

- Knowledge of a second foreign language is an advantage - English, French, Russian, Romanian;

-Computer and technical literacy, work with hotel software OPERA;

-Communicativeness, friendliness and responsiveness to the hotel guests;

- Rich common culture, responsibility, honesty, loyalty, initiative.
