With increased interest in Burgas, the traditional labor exchange in the field of hotel, restaurant and tourism is held. Over 1,100 jobs are offered by 43 employers. The exhibition is held in the building of the Military Club. The staffing crisis in tourism has been one of the main problems in recent years.

What are the expectations of people from the specialized labor market for pay:

"...Still, with this inflation, everything jumps. Let's hope for something better in terms of pay. I expect about BGN 1,500. Compared to the inflation that is in Bulgaria, salaries are low."

"Waiters, cooks, maids, general workers. The salaries we offer are up to BGN 1,000."

"The complex is located in Sunny Beach, we offer vacant positions such as cooks, maids, sales hall managers. Salaries are normal for the season - BGN 1,000 - 1,400."

The expectations are for a strong tourist season, said the director of the Labor Bureau, Tatyana Nikolova:

"We see that there is movement. Last year there were 15 employers, today there are 43. We expect a good season and that wages will rise."
