In February 2022, 501 unemployed people started working in Dobrich district. During the month, 51 young people under the age of 29 were employed, as well as 36 long-term unemployed. This is shown by the data of the Directorate "Labor Office" in Dobrich.

In February 2022, 504 jobs were announced in the labor offices in the district. Most of them are in the hotel and restaurant industry and the light industry. Followed by agriculture, forestry and fisheries, government, culture, sports and entertainment 49 jobs have been announced under employment programs and schemes of the Operational Program "Human Resources Development".

The unemployment rate in Dobrich region in February 2022 was 4.5%. The number of registered unemployed in the labor offices in the district is 3629, which is 2182 less than in February last year. Compared to January 2022, a decrease of 0.1 percentage points is reported.

In the city of Dobrich the number of registered unemployed during the month is 1210. The unemployment rate in the city is 2.7% compared to 5.4% in February 2021.
