Youth Labor Exchange under the project "Ready for Work" under OPHRD 2014 - 2020
On June 24 in the Directorate "Labor Office" Silistra was held "Youth Labor Exchange" under the project "Ready for Work" of the Operational Program "Human Resources Development 2014 - 2020", told the media Milena Perchemlieva, director of the institution. The event was organized by experts hired by the Project and assisted by all employees of the directorate. The aim of the event is to motivate young people up to 29 years of age for active behavior on the labor market through a face-to-face meeting with employers from different industries.
The Director of the Silistra Labor Office Directorate Milena Perchemlieva opened the event and welcomed all present. Introduce the participating eleven employers. He briefed the jobseekers on their activities and informed about the vacancies announced by them. Each employer who took part in the organized labor exchange received a Certificate from Ms. Perchemlieva personally from the Employment Agency.
All attendees received flyers with a visualization of the project "Ready for work" and a list of vacancies. The event was attended by 76 jobseekers, including 37 young people under 29.
After the meeting with the employers, the unemployed expect a successful transition to employment on the labor market.
The ways for informing and self-informing through the use of the information space of DBT Silistra and the address of the official website of the Employment Agency were presented.
