The best chefs will compete in the National Culinary Cup of Bulgaria 2021

The National Culinary Cup of Bulgaria will take place from 13 to 15 May 2021. The event is long-awaited after last year's edition was canceled due to the pandemic. The organizer of the event is the Bulgarian Association of Professional Chefs (BAPG).

The competition will be held and judged in strict compliance with the rules of the World Association of Cooking Guilds / WACS /. Each category will be judged by a professional jury, which will be announced in advance.
Competitors can participate in more than one category. Those interested still have the opportunity to join the competition by submitting an application by 06.05.2021.
Traditionally, the Culinary Team of Bulgaria and the Chef of Bulgaria 2021 will be determined.

A number of individual competitions will also be organized. In the 2021 Pizza Championship, the pizza players will compete in two categories - "Pizza Romana" and "Pizza Classic".
Aroma of roses will dominate the competition for a new reading of the Bulgarian national cuisine. The participants will present traditional Bulgarian products and dishes, which must be served in a casserole, sach, tile or pitcher. The rose is the obligatory product that will be present in the menu of every chef. The condition for victory is the dishes to be creative, professionally presented, in a modern style and with a short description.

There is also a competition for the preparation of pasta and beef.

This year, traditionally, there will be a Panorama for "Best Young Chef", "Best Young Baker - Confectioner", "Best Young Waiter" and "Best Young Bartender" of the Ministry of Education, Youth and science.
