The Municipality of Varna received an honorary plaque from the Association of Restaurants and Hospitality Schools in Bulgaria /AURH/ and the Vocational High School of Tourism "Prof. Dr. Asen Zlatarov" - Varna. The prize is awarded for contribution and good cooperation in the development of professional education in the area of tourism, announced the chairman of the AURH in Bulgaria, Malinka Malinkova.

The Municipality of Varna supported the holding of a job fair where hoteliers and representatives of specialized tourism schools met. All stakeholders agreed that it is important for students' practical training and internships to take place in a real environment - in hotels and restaurants. They pointed out that it is important for business to actively participate in the preparation of teaching materials and programs for practices and trainings in specialized tourism schools. In addition to the labor exchange, the Municipality of Varna also supports the Association of Restaurant and Hospitality Schools in Bulgaria, on the occasion of a study and analysis of students' attitudes towards their career development in the field of tourism.
