"Dobrudja Agrarian and Business School" Association (DABS) – Dobrich, Bulgaria organizes vocational training courses for part of profession for the following three professions:

• cook,

• baker/pastry-maker,

• waiter/bartender

The total duration of the courses is 66 academic hours, with particular focus on the acquisition of practical skills in the respective professions. It’s organized in a cross-border format - in addition to classes in Bulgaria (5 days), the participants will have the opportunity to travel to Romania for mobility and have 4 more days of practice there.

The trainings will be held in November and December 2018 in the cities of Dobrich and Constanta. All cost for the participation in the training are covered by the project.

The trainings are organized within the project „Integrated Culinary Arts and Restaurant Sector Employment Solutions for a Skilled and Inclusive Romania-Bulgaria Cross Border Region" (ICARUS), INTERREG V-A Romania - Bulgaria 2014-2020 program.
