The course is designed for people who work in the field of tourism and the communication with the clients is important for the job performance quality. It’s particularly useful for the positions:
- Receptionist, bellboy, etc.
- Waiters, bartenders, line cooks, etc.
- Information center staff,
- Responsible staff (in the restaurant, in the cafe, etc.)

The course includes both the basic expressions necessary for your work and the accompanying terminology necessary for the quality performance of the work and remarkable service, which the client notices first.
At the end of the course you will be able to easily handle a position in the field of tourism, requiring speaking Romanian.
Main topics that will be covered in the course:
1. Welcoming and registering guests at the reception.
2. Service in a cafe and restaurant.
3. Description of the hotel and giving information.
4. Complaints and grievances.
All those who successfully complete the course are issued a certificate of proficiency at the appropriate level according to the standards of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
