The project "Joint Services and Initiatives for Sustainable Employment and Labor Mobility in the Cross-Border Region of Dobrich District and Constanta County", acronym "LAB mobile", is funded by the Cross-Border Cooperation Program INTERREG V-A Romania - Bulgaria. 
The project is implemented by the Association "European Institute of Cultural Tourism "EUREKA" in partnership with the "Ovidius" University - Constanta, Chamber of Commerce and Industry - Dobrich and the Institute for Tourism Development and Applied Economics, Constanta.
Among the results of the project are the following prepared products:
• web platform for online learning - www.robgjobs.eu;
• Center for Lifelong Learning at the  Ovidius University - Constanta;
• online language course “Romanian language for Bulgarians” (www.edu.robgjobs.eu);
• online language course "Bulgarian language for Romanians";
• video lessons for development of key competencies;
• up-to-date information from the labor market and the labor legislation of Bulgaria and Romania;
• developed roadmap for sustainable employment and a handbook for labor mobility;
• handbooks and films on entrepreneurship in the field of cultural, eco-, sports, adventure and rural tourism.
