SMEs working in tourism can receive EUR 3000 in funding for the digitization of their services. The SMARTER AOE project, in which the Bulgarian-Romanian Chamber is a partner, has opened a new public call for SMEs in tourism for funding to support the digital transformation of companies in the sector.

Who can apply?

SMEs in tourism:

hotels and accommodation;
places for short stay;
campgrounds and recreational vehicle parks;
travel agencies, tour operator reservation services and related activities;
Located in the regions of Dobrich, Silistra and Ruse in Bulgaria, as well as certain territories in Croatia, Hungary, Serbia, Montenegro and Romania.

What activities will be funded?

Digitalization and marketing tools for better performance of SMEs in tourism
Costs for mentors (external consultants) and specialized training courses for SMEs in the field of business digitalization.
Travel and accommodation expenses specifically related to project activities.
Expected duration of activities: up to 6 months.
