Albena Resort is already recruiting staff for the summer of 2022, according to a message sent to Varna24.bg. Here are the details:
For the upcoming summer season, Albena Resort is looking to hire motivated people to work in its five and four star hotels for the positions of guest relations, chambermaids, waitesr, chefs and bartendesr.
The monthly remuneration according to the position for a six-day working week is as follows:
1. Guest relation for five-star and four-star hotels - up to BGN 2,500.
2. Chambermaid for five stars - BGN 1,450; four-star - BGN 1,350
3. Waiter for five stars - BGN 1,560; four-star - BGN 1,500
4. Chef for five stars - BGN 1,560; four-star - BGN 1,500
5. Bartender for five stars - BGN 1,560; four-star - BGN 1,500
Additional bonus - vouchers for food for four months / from June to September / BGN 80 per month
The company offers free transport to and from work, or free accommodation.
All employees of Albena AG receive a percentage of their remuneration, according to their professional experience in the tourism system and career development opportunities.
