Center for labor mobility

The Cross-border center for facilitating labor mobility in the culinary and restaurant business is established within the project „Integrated Culinary Arts and Restaurant Sector Employment Solutions for a Skilled and Inclusive Romania-Bulgaria Cross Border Region" (ICARUS), Project code: 16.4.2.104, eMS code: ROBG-192, co-funded by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund under the INTERREG V-A Romania - Bulgaria 2014-2020 Program.

If you are an employee, job seeker or an employer offering a job position in the field of culinary or restaurant business in the cross-border area:

  • Useful and up-to-date information regarding the working conditions, labor law, social security and tax obligations, and other regulatory requirements for workers and employers in Bulgaria and Romania;
  • Current job offers in the cross-border region in the field of tourism;
  • Up-to-date research and employment trends surveys and related articles in the culinary and restaurant sectors;

Individual consultations to support labor mobility in the cross-border region, etc.


If you want to develop or improve your qualification for work in the field of tourism:
