On February 27, 2018, Press Conference of the project „Integrated Culinary Arts and Restaurant Sector Employment Solutions for a Skilled and Inclusive Romania-Bulgaria Cross Border Region"(ICARUS) was held. A culinary demonstration "Culinary Arts Institute" - Varna was presented to the participants and then the project was launched.
